Allow me first to thank you for your continued patience with me. I wanted to clear up the matter regarding your previous suggestions. Site XX and XX both were very viable candidates, but were not exactly what I wanted. The electrical system at XX required extensive upgrades to suit our needs and XX was a tad too small.
I have arrived at Site XX and let me say that this new area you have provided us with is quite impressive. Upon initial inspection, there were a lot of grumblings among some of the junior members of my team. Something involving an odor. No matter, I see its potential. In fact, I can nearly see the completed facility before my very eyes.
We have already commenced sanitation, and will begin retrofit of the installed power system before week's end. All should proceed according to the timeline you and I have already discussed.
Needless to say, we're all very excited to get started. We'll be making history down here.
