Dr. Kim's reflections on his work

A man's greatest ability is his power to evolve. Mankind's greatest weakness, is its inability to evolve.

Salarymen and generals alike still read the Art of  War in order that one might gain the edge on his fellow brother. Philosophers still read Socrates, Plato, and Aristotle, because the same questions still plague our mind. Shakespeare is still taught in high schools, because man still seeks to murder his kin, steal his woman, and usurp his throne. If human history was the story of evolution, we would see a record of improvement, vice this wasteful addition of zeros. We have more toys now, but we are no more intelligent nor advanced as the ancient Greeks. The nuclear age has transformed the nature of war, but it is as rampant as ever it has ever been.

So when Mathews approached me, with this idea he had of the future, I was willing to listen. He said the only way to change the world was little at a time. Our work must be done from the shadows, because there were those who would shut down our work before its even begun. Man has fought too hard to maintain the tragedies of this world. And there are some would die to halt universal progress.
