Skipper,
We finally found the source of that horrible smell. There was some sort of unidentifiable substance somewhere in the southeast wing. I don't know exactly, Jenkins was the one who found it. Poor kid nearly lost his food from the past three days. I sent him outside for some fresh air.
The ventilation is pretty bad down here, so it might take awhile still for the smell to completely dissipate. I know this whole project is super hush hush, and only on a need to know, but maybe we can get some contractors down here before we get started. With as big as our budget is, some more ducts and fans shouldn't be that big a deal.
